"The agent who called me this time, was extremely helpful and stayed on the phone with me as we went thought trying to figure out the process for my request to change the credit card for my account. I had to go online and get a code number and fill in my birthday and phone number, which were not accepted as what they had as my informations. But Howard was very helpful, patient and friendly, sticking with me until all was settled. It did take quite a bit of my time, but we laughed and his friendliness made it enjoyable rather than annoying. I'll ask for Howard again."

"I have been with State Farm for more than 40 years. In this time I have never had a complaint. I had a fairly sizable claim with my swimming pool being damaged and I am happy to say that was covered. I frequently call to pay my bill and just ask questions. I always get a friendly human answering the phone. I’ve always been treated more like a friend than a customer. My two sons are also happy with Kory and State Farm. They both grew up got married bought houses , have kids and stuck with State Farm. I hope I stay this happy, if I get hit by a wildfire. Steve-"
